Earth Hole – Account and Data Deletion
As an Earth Hole player, you have the right to request the deletion of your game account and associated player data.
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account has been deleted, all associated game data will be permanently removed, including:
Game progress
Level completion records
High scores and rankings
Achievements and rewards
Virtual currency and earned items
Account settings and preferences
After the deletion process is completed, your data cannot be recovered or restored by Yisia Games.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Earth Hole app.
- From the Home Screen, tap the Settings button in the top-right corner.
- Select the Account tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
By confirming the deletion request, you acknowledge that all account data, progress, scores, and virtual currency will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
